Helen Logan Memorial Award

The Helen Logan Award recognizes excellence in horsemanship and is the High Average Open Horsemanship Award for Region 2. Helen always focused on the details of any task that she undertook and her horse was no different.  She knew every inch and nuance of her horse.  She could tell you how he was feeling by how fast he was chewing his hay.  Helen would be very proud to be associated with an award that recognizes excellence in horsemanship.  She was also a good friend of Fran Farrell's and it seems fitting that Helen's award will replace the Fran Farrel Trophy, which was retired in 2002.  Thank you to the Neibergall family for originally donating this trophy.
